I've had used them a few times. This time I had carpenter bees progressively get worse over the years. It was to the point where I couldn't sit in front of our house. Had Cleveland Bee come out and they were gone the next day. Further more, Rick is very knowledgeable, I learned some things as well. Great company, gets the job done. Highly highly recommend this company!!!!
